The production of organic wines combines traditional agricultural knowledge with current best practices, particularly with regard to biodynamic production, in which nature itself is used to oppose natural dangers to the vine.
This way, the vineyards have their treatments limited to the use of natural products, which implies that the producer has a vast knowledge of the plants, the cycle and the environment in which they are inserted.
With this reality in mind, we present a selection of 6 wines, 3 whites and 3 reds, ideal for all occasions. In addition, the natural soils, without toxic products, allow the terroir to develop in a more accentuated way, demonstrating the true aroma, flavor and color of the wine.
