I am new to the site, how do I order? 
 

 

First of all be very welcome to our store! It was specially prepared for you and we were waiting for your visit.

Ordering in our online shop is easy. You just need to browse the items, choose the item of your choice and then click the ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET button. You can then choose to CONTINUE SHOPPING or proceed to CHECKOUT where you will be able to see your purchase breakdown and be asked to fill in your details. Choose your choice of shipping method and payment method and then click on COMPLETE ORDER. You will receive an order confirmation email.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
 

We accept payments through major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Apple Pay - and also using PayPal.

 

How do I know if my order was submitted successfully?
 

Once you click the COMPLETE ORDER button you submit your order. You will afterward receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

When will I be charged for my order?
 

Your order will be processed once you click the COMPLETE ORDER button and that means that we will charge the full cost of your order right after that moment.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?
 

Something tells us that you will not be disappointed with what we have selected for you! Therefore, changes, cancellations or refunds of orders are not available. But don't worry, none of this affects your statutory rights. Exceptions may occur in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or contains a defective product. Where is my order?
 

It is our concern to help you to know everything about your order, what it includes and to know where in the world it is. If the order did not arrive within the expected time, please check the following:
- Check if you have received a dispatch confirmation email.
- Check the tracking link via your dispatch confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
- Check within your account if your delivery address is correct.
- Check for attempted notices left to you by the courier, since you might need to collect your order at a local delivery depot or re-arrange the delivery.
- Check if no one else residing at the address you provided has signed for your parcel.
