All membership benefits are for the Members only and are non-transferable.
We are committed to protecting your privacy, that is why your personal information will only be used by Six Senses and will not be sold or shared with any other third party. Six Senses Wine Moments is intended only for individuals who are of legal drinking age. Our website does not request or knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the legal drinking age. If you are not of legal drinking age, you should not sign up for this Wine Moments or visit or use our website. When making a purchase of alcoholic beverages, the user declares that he/she is over 18 years old and does not have any legal impediment or restriction that prevents him/her from purchasing alcoholic beverages.
For security reasons during delivery, Six Senses Wine Moments does not ship bottles in the original boxes, wrapped or in special boxes. They always come in their own shipping box to ensure safe arrival at their destination.
The invoice will be sent with the order or by email, except in the following cases:
● Explicit indication of the customer
● Billing address is different from the delivery address.
All items for sale are subject to existing stock. Orders are placed in order of arrival and only after confirmation of payment.
In the event of a permanent or temporary stock out, the customer will be informed and, whenever possible, an alternative product with similar characteristics will be suggested. If this is not possible, the money will be fully refunded at no additional cost.
All prices quoted are in Euros with VAT included at the legal rate in force.
The delivery of orders in mainland Portugal does not incur additional shipping fees in addition to the normal shipping costs. Delivery of orders for the autonomous regions and Europe have variable values.
Six Senses Wine Moments does not take responsibility over delays or impossibility of processing the order, namely in the act of delivery, due to error or insufficiency of the data given by the customer.
Six Senses Wine Moments is not responsible for shipments out of Portugal that might be held by the Customs at the country of destination, the client must assume these costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines;
Any item that is not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons out of our control;
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you send it from, the time it will take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 100 Eur, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
